As a Sr. Business Program Manager, you are responsible for owning a portfolio of reporting and analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and driving measurable business outcomes. This role serves as a key bridge between business and data teams—translating complex business needs into reporting solutions and converting data into actionable insights. This is a highly independent role requiring strong ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to proactively drive work to completion.
What will you come with:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst, with a track record of successfully managing projects and performing business analysis.
- 5 years of proven experience in Healthcare (Health Plan Operation, Managed Healthcare)
- Proficiency in project management and business analysis tools (e.g., MS Teams, Lucid/Visio, Smartsheet’s/MS Project, Jira).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is a plus.
