SSC Master Data Analyst

🚀 Join Our Team as an SSC Master Data Analyst

At Millicom, we believe that great decisions start with reliable data. We're looking for an SSC Master Data Analyst who is passionate about accuracy, continuous improvement, and creating value through high-quality data.

🔹 In this role, you will:

  • ✅ Ensure the quality and integrity of vendor, material, and procurement master data.
  • ✅ Support data migrations and mass uploads across key business systems.
  • ✅ Identify opportunities to improve processes and data consistency.
  • ✅Validate supplier information and supporting documentation before creation or update.
  • ✅Measure and track KPIs on master data quality
  • ✅Monitor and ensure master data accuracy, completeness, consistency, integrity, and timeliness.
  • ✅Support master data migration activities during system implementations and changes.
  • ✅Perform post-upload validation and reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
  • ✅ Help build a culture of excellence through accurate and trusted data.

🔹 What we're looking for:

  • ✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • ✔ 2-3 years of experience in Master Data, Procurement, Supply Chain, ERP Administration, or related areas.
  • ✔ Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms.
  • ✔ Strong analytical skills using Excel, Power BI, or related tools.
  • ✔ Intermediate to advanced English.
