About the job

The Graduate Data & Automation Analyst position gathers, cleans, and interprets logistics, inventory, and supplier data to help Franke improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. This will include elimination of manual data handling, routine reporting, and human intervention across supply chain and other departments' workflows. By orchestrating data workflows, and deploying self-refreshing dashboards, this role turns disparate operational data into real-time, trusted insights. Ultimately, the position accelerates decision-making speed, ensures high reporting accuracy, and enables operational teams to focus on strategic execution rather than manual administrative tasks.

Your tasks

  • Automation: Apply data validation checks and monitoring to ensure business-critical supply chain reporting meets high accuracy standards. Replace manual daily/weekly reporting routines with automated scripts and Power Automate flows, removing human intervention from report delivery.
  • Process Mapping: Analyse current manual data-handling processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend automated digital solutions.
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and examine large datasets from ERP/MRP systems, warehouse logs, and shipping platforms to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Dashboard & KPI Development: Build, maintain, and automate reporting dashboards (using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel) to track vital metrics such as inventory turnover, lead times, and delivery performance.
  • Master Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across supply chain systems, including Bill of Materials (BOM) maintenance and item attributes where applicable

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, or Data Analytics.
  • Hands-on project experience building interactive reports in Power BI, and Excel.
  • Experience of other useful programming languages such as Python.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data modelling).
  • Business intelligence and visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Desirable - Familiarity with ERP/MRP enterprise software (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc)

Core Competencies:

Strong problem-solving mindset, high attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills to present technical data to non-technical stakeholders

What we offer you

  • an exciting and varied job in an international environment
  • a work environment which promotes further growth and continuing education
  • modern employment conditions
  • Employee Benefits
  • Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home
