About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager – Savoury LATAM with a strong combination of technical expertise and strategic business acumen to drive the growth of the Savoury category across Latin America. This professional will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, defining portfolio strategies, and accelerating the deployment of Taste technologies and solutions that support sustainable business growth. Acting as a key connector between Commercial, Strategic Marketing, R&D, Applications, and customers, the successful candidate will play a critical role in transforming market insights into innovation, value creation, and commercial success across the region. The role will be preferably based in Brazil and will require regular interaction with teams and customers throughout Latin America.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for the Savoury category across Latin America.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities to support sustainable business growth.
  • Build and communicate compelling value propositions aligned with customer and market requirements.
  • Drive the deployment and commercialization of Kerry technologies, solutions, and innovation platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial, Strategic Marketing, R&D, Applications, and Customer teams to deliver business objectives.
  • Translate market and customer insights into actionable innovation and product development initiatives.
  • Support end-use market strategies and category growth plans.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and manage key strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Participate in customer engagements, product tastings, validations, demonstrations, and technical presentations.
  • Act as the category expert for savoury solutions, ensuring alignment between business priorities and technical capabilities.
  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across the region.
  • Support technology acceleration initiatives and the introduction of new solutions into target markets.

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
  • Significant experience in Product Management, Business Development, Technical Sales, Marketing, R&D, or Innovation within the food ingredients industry.
  • Experience working with flavours, taste technologies, seasonings, savoury solutions, smoke technologies, fermentation, flavour modulation, or related ingredient platforms.
  • Strong understanding of food categories such as Meat, Snacks, Savoury Applications, and Bakery.
  • Experience within global ingredient, flavour, or food technology companies is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical understanding of taste and flavour technologies.
  • Ability to identify, evaluate, and deploy technologies that create business value.
  • Strong commercial mindset with solid business acumen.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to translate market opportunities into growth initiatives.
  • Experience leading cross-functional and regional projects.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
