Do you want to play a key role in shaping the future of autonomous vehicles and Physical AI? Kognic is on a mission to make everything that moves autonomous. As our customer base grows, we are looking for a Delivery Manager / Project Manager to join our Operations team and drive high-impact customer projects.
The role
As a Delivery Manager, you will sit at the center of our operational success, bridging the gap between global automotive customers and third-party suppliers. You will lead customer projects end-to-end, ensuring that Kognic delivers high-quality annotation data on time, within budget, and with an exceptional level of service. We are a team of dedicated Delivery Managers working with different customers, sharing knowledge and best practices among each other. We work a hybrid remote setup with at least one day a week at the Gothenburg Office.
What You’ll Do
- Manage Relationships: Serve as the main operational point-of-contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. You build strong, trust-based relationships while comfortably navigating tough customer discussions, managing expectations, and holding firm boundaries when needed.
- Drive Project Success: Lead project execution from planning to final delivery, ensuring strict alignment with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Proactive Risk & Change Management: Spot bottlenecks early and handle changes as they happen - whether it's shifting timelines, new data specs, or pipeline issues. You guide the customer, set clear boundaries to avoid scope creep.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with Data Specialists to incorporate AI tools and smart methodologies into daily operations, contributing to Kognic’s ongoing scaling journey.
Who You Are
We are looking for a collaborative, positive, and proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic scale-up environment. You enjoy guiding customers in the right direction, solving complex delivery puzzles, and confidently balancing competing priorities.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline, project management, business or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 4–5 years of experience in project management and supplier delivery, including direct external customer management and full ownership of project budgets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills (Swedish is not required).
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable navigating technical complexity and data-driven project metrics.
- Meritorious: Experience in driving organizational or process change, as well as leveraging AI tools to simplify, automate, and optimize workflows.
