This leader will help shape Coca‑Cola’s future digital landscape by creating a disciplined innovation engine that continuously identifies and accelerates high-value opportunities. This role builds upon product ownership, innovation discovery, and business analysis disciplines across the Digital Product & Engineering organization.

What You will do for us

  • Define and lead the enterprise innovation product strategy, identifying future digital capabilities that support growth, productivity, and operational excellence.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of innovation initiatives focused on emerging technologies, advanced analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, and intelligent enterprise solutions.
  • Lead innovation discovery processes to identify unmet business needs, emerging market opportunities, and transformational use cases across the Coca‑Cola system.
  • Partner with senior business leaders, Digital Product & Engineering teams, Operating Units, and bottling partners to evaluate and prioritize innovation opportunities.
  • Direct the development of business cases, value assessments, investment recommendations, and innovation roadmaps that support enterprise decision-making.
  • Lead experimentation efforts, proof-of-concepts, pilots, and minimum viable products to rapidly validate hypotheses and business value.
  • Guide Product Owners and Business Analysis leaders in translating business challenges into scalable product concepts, requirements, and solution strategies.
  • Establish innovation governance frameworks that balance experimentation, speed, investment discipline, and value realization.
  • Drive the integration of artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, and data-driven capabilities into future digital products and business processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, and Platform teams to ensure innovation initiatives align with enterprise standards and scalability requirements.
  • Create repeatable innovation frameworks that accelerate the transition from idea to scalable enterprise product.
  • Define and monitor innovation performance metrics, value realization measures, adoption indicators, and portfolio outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with emerging technologies, enterprise adoption, product scalability, and business readiness.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, curiosity, and continuous learning across product and business teams.
  • Influence enterprise digital strategy by providing insights on emerging technologies, innovation trends, future capabilities, and business transformation opportunities.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in product management, innovation management, digital transformation, technology strategy, consulting, or related disciplines.
  • 8+ years of experience leading digital product teams, innovation organizations, or enterprise technology initiatives within large global organizations.
  • Proven experience identifying, evaluating, and scaling innovative digital products, platforms, or business capabilities that delivered measurable business value.
  • Demonstrated success leading product discovery, experimentation, opportunity assessment, business case development, and value realization activities.
  • Strong understanding of modern product management disciplines, product operating models, agile methodologies, and digital product development practices.
  • Experience leveraging advanced analytics, automation, machine learning, generative artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies to solve business challenges.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect enterprise priorities, customer needs, operational challenges, and technology investments.
  • Experience leading teams responsible for product ownership, innovation delivery, business analysis, or strategic capability development.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop investment strategies, innovation portfolios, and funding recommendations for enterprise initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with a track record of operating effectively in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience influencing executive stakeholders and building alignment across highly matrixed organizations.
  • Knowledge of enterprise technology ecosystems, cloud platforms, data architectures, digital platforms, and AI governance principles.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Digital and AI fluency with the ability to evaluate opportunities, risks, adoption implications, and enterprise value drivers associated with new technologies.
