TONYMOLY is a leading Korean beauty (K-beauty) brand known for its innovative formulas, playful packaging, and skincare-first approach to cosmetics. Our U.S. headquarters in Brooklyn, NY serves as the hub for all North American operations - spanning e-commerce, retail partnerships, marketing, and brand strategy. We are passionate about beauty, technology, and the intersection of both.

We are looking for a curious, motivated AI Intern to join our Brooklyn team for Fall 2026. • Support the build-out of dashboards and reporting using tools like Power BI to surface business insights
  • Research and evaluate emerging AI applications relevant to the beauty and retail industry
  • Assist in automating repetitive processes using no-code/low-code or AI-assisted solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to document use cases and present findings to leadership
  • Help identify trends in customer behavior, product performance, or market positioning using data

  • Interest in or familiarity with the beauty, wellness, or consumer retail industry
  • Strong communication skills — you can translate technical findings into plain business language
  • Ability to work 2–3 days per week on-site at our Brooklyn, NY office
  • Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity
