ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Junior IT Business Analyst to join our internal teams in Luxembourg.
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to grow in a collaborative and international environment while contributing to business and digital transformation initiatives.
THE WORK:
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Support the analysis and optimization of business processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Contribute to the preparation of functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and project documentation.
- Participate in testing activities, including validating solutions against business requirements.
- Support reporting, data analysis, and the preparation of presentations for stakeholders.
- Learn and apply business analysis best practices and Agile methodologies.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Interest in business analysis, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Basic understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, or project management concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, or data analysis tools is a plus.
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
