Department Overview

IAM Engineer with advanced experience designing and engineering Microsoft Entra ID–centric identity solutions across the enterprise. Strong expertise in cloud identity, authentication, and access governance, with a focus on scalable architecture, Zero Trust principles, and identity lifecycle automation. Proven ability to lead complex integrations, optimize identity platforms, and strengthen enterprise security posture through engineering innovation.

Duties

• Help lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Entra ID solutions, supporting enterprise-wide authentication and access control strategies.

• Engineer and maintain hybrid identity architectures integrating Active Directory with Entra ID, ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available identity services.

• Implement and enhance advanced authentication controls, including Single Sign-On (SSO), MFA, and Conditional Access policies aligned to Zero Trust frameworks.

• Drive identity lifecycle automation across cloud and on-premises systems, reducing manual provisioning and improving access governance.

• Design and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) models and privileged access strategies to support least privilege principles.

• Lead integration of enterprise applications into Entra ID, including federation, SSO enablement, and identity provisioning workflows.

• Perform deep root cause analysis on identity-related incidents and implement long-term engineering solutions to improve platform resilience.

• Optimize identity data flows and integrations to ensure identity accuracy, consistency, and system interoperability.

• Partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams to develop and implement identity-first security solutions.

• Contribute to the development of identity architecture standards, technical roadmaps, and best practices.

• Build and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including identity architectures, workflows, and integration patterns.

• Support audit and compliance initiatives by engineering controls, logging, and reporting aligned with regulatory requirements.

Continuously improve IAM platforms through automation, scalability enhancements, and adoption of modern cloud identity capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field

• Relevant Microsoft or identity/security certifications are a plus
