We are currently seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support the US Navy’s Integrated Warfare group. This position is hybrid.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify funding needs for the client by analyzing contractor delivery schedule and monthly contractor burn rate
  • Manage and update all contract trackers (hardware, financial, GFP etc)
  • Responsible for client’s calendar upkeep and meeting scheduling
  • Responsible for scheduling program QPRs and providing agendas and action items
  • Draft SOWs and pre and post-award contract documents to aid in contract development and life-cycle maintenance
  • Manage all contract CDRL submissions
  • Manage all contract Engineering Changes to hardware
  • Manage all contract deliverables and coordinate hardware deliveries to the contractor
  • Develop process improvements and streamline on an ad hoc basis
  • Create program reporting and briefs to leadership
  • Lead planning sessions between different IWS team leads
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC’s clients. Qualifications:

  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • Bachelor’s degree from a university accredited in the United States
  • 3+ years prior job-related experience supporting a Navy program to include experience with the following:• Managing CDRL's
  • Calendar management
  • Financial management
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
  • Attend meetings and provide onsite/in-person support as required
