INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our Information Systems & Technology team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless implementation & management of innovative digital solutions, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving technological excellence across industries. The Sr. Cybersecurity Engineer would be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's cybersecurity, information security, privacy, governance, risk management, compliance, and security operations programs to safeguard information assets and support business objectives. What You’ll Lead and Deliver
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, preferably Fortinet, including VPNs, policies, NAT, UTM, and HA setups.
- Manage maintain and optimize wireless networks, preferably Ruckus, including SmartZone controllers and AP configurations.
- Manage Cisco switches and routers, including VLANs, STP, OSPF, EIGRP, ACLs, and QoS settings.
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Ensure network security through continuous updates, patching, and compliance with best practices.
- Maintain detailed network documentation including topology diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Provide support for network incidents and service requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT and cybersecurity teams to support infrastructure projects and initiatives.
- Assist with network capacity planning, scalability, and future upgrades.
Requirements
To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have: .
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5- 8 years of proven experience in enterprise networking roles.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with: Fortinet firewalls (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer) ,Ruckus Wi-Fi technologies (ZoneDirector, SmartZone, APs), Cisco switching and routing (Catalyst, Nexus, ISR/ASR series)
- Strong understanding of Layer 2/3 protocols, IP subnetting, routing, and switching.
- Experience with VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPNs).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools .
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Certifications (Optional but Advantageous):
- Fortinet NSE4 or above
- Cisco CCNA / CCNP
- Ruckus Wireless Certification (e.g., Ruckus WISE)
