This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Analyst - Xsolla Ads & Rewards based in United States.

This is a senior-level analytics role focused on using data to shape consumer-facing digital products and experiences. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Data, and business teams to turn complex datasets into actionable insights. The role has significant ownership across product analytics, KPI development, experimentation, and data visualization. You’ll design and analyze sophisticated A/B and multivariate experiments that influence product strategy and growth. Your work will help optimize user engagement, rewards, monetization, and the overall customer experience at scale. You’ll also apply advanced analytical and modeling techniques to uncover behavioral insights and support forecasting. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly dynamic, offering substantial influence over product and business decisions.

Accountabilities

  • Own product and data analysis for consumer-facing applications and websites, generating insights that improve user engagement, rewards, retention, and overall product performance.
  • Conduct descriptive, diagnostic, and prescriptive analyses, including product funnel analysis, cohort analysis, behavioral modeling, and other quantitative techniques.
  • Define and monitor product KPIs and develop automated dashboards, reports, and analytical models that enable faster, data-informed decision-making.
  • Design, coordinate, execute, and analyze multivariate A/B experiments to evaluate new features, optimize existing experiences, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for Product, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Apply advanced analytics and machine learning techniques where appropriate to uncover user insights, forecast economic trends, and inform monetization strategies while maintaining interpretability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop business cases, forecasts, and data-backed recommendations for new product initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of analytics infrastructure, experimentation frameworks, and reporting capabilities that support scalable product decision-making.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues within user behavior and product performance, proactively communicating findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support a culture of rigorous experimentation and evidence-based decision-making across a fast-growing, highly collaborative organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in quantitative or product analytics, preferably within gaming, advertising, consumer technology, mobile applications, or other consumer-facing products.
  • Advanced SQL skills with demonstrated ability to query, analyze, and interpret highly dimensional and complex datasets.
  • Strong statistical and analytical capabilities, with the ability to select appropriate methodologies and translate results into practical business recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with Statsig or a comparable A/B testing and experimentation platform.
  • Strong proficiency with Looker, Tableau, or another business intelligence and data visualization platform.
  • Experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or comparable product analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of product funnels, cohort analysis, user behavior, experimentation, KPIs, and growth analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple initiatives, and perform in a fast-paced, high-growth, startup-like environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a strategic mindset.
  • Experience with machine learning or predictive modeling in a product context is preferred.
  • Background in advertising, offerwall, performance marketing, user acquisition, or monetization analytics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with mobile or free-to-play gaming metrics and business models is advantageous.
