Fullstack Developer (Java + Angular)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join a team of dedicated professionals in the banking sector, working on exciting projects that contribute to a financially sound and sustainable society. The role is based in Vilnius and follows a hybrid working model, combining office and remote work.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Develop and maintain user-facing applications across both back-end and front-end, using the latest versions of Java and Angular (Angular 22+).
• Build and enhance solutions using modern Java/Spring Boot and Angular technologies.
• Work on diverse development projects, including new product launches, system enhancements, and technical upgrades.
• Identify and implement technical improvements to optimize application performance, functionality, and user experience.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional product team with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to complex technical initiatives involving application development, cloud technologies, and infrastructure.
• Work with modern technologies while also being adaptable to legacy systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and delivery processes.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Strong full-stack development experience with Java and Angular.
• Strong back-end development skills with Java 21, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Front-end experience with Angular, JavaScript, and Web Components.
• Experience with Git, Gradle, IntelliJ, and Jenkins.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes or/and OpenShift. 
• DevOps experience and knowledge of infrastructure are a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of CloudBees, Helm, and SonarQube is an advantage.
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
• Fluency in English and ability to use English on a daily basis.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience developing automated tests.
• Experience with cloud technologies and CI/CD.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and infrastructure.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 4500 - 6500 € gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
