This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Manager - Onboarding and Growth based in Canada.
This is a high-impact senior individual contributor role focused on shaping how practitioners discover, adopt, and realize value from a sophisticated SaaS platform. You’ll own critical stages of the customer journey, from sign-up through first value and early product adoption. Your work will directly influence activation, engagement, retention, and long-term customer growth. You’ll combine customer insights, behavioral data, experimentation, and strong product judgment to solve complex problems. Working closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you’ll turn ambiguity into focused strategies and measurable outcomes. The role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence product strategy well beyond a single roadmap. You’ll join a collaborative, experimentation-driven environment where curiosity, ownership, and meaningful customer impact are highly valued.

Accountabilities:
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for practitioner onboarding, activation, and early product adoption, connecting customer needs with business objectives.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience from sign-up through first treatment plan and activation, identifying friction points and opportunities to accelerate time to value.
- Develop and deliver product-led growth initiatives designed to improve activation, engagement, retention, and long-term adoption.
- Lead product discovery by translating ambiguous customer and business challenges into clear priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans.
- Analyze behavioral data, customer feedback, funnel performance, and experimentation results to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvements.
- Establish success metrics and continuously optimize the onboarding experience through structured testing, learning, and iteration.
- Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other stakeholders throughout discovery, delivery, and optimization.
- Influence broader product strategy by connecting practitioner needs, business goals, and opportunities across multiple product areas and platform capabilities.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance product discovery, analysis, delivery, and decision-making, while collaborating with AI-focused teams to incorporate thoughtful AI-enabled experiences.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement across the product organization.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Product Management experience with a demonstrated track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Significant experience owning SaaS onboarding, activation, product-led growth, or customer lifecycle initiatives.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, conversion funnels, behavioral analytics, experimentation frameworks, and growth metrics.
- Proven ability to improve activation, engagement, retention, or other key product outcomes through data-informed experimentation and iteration.
- Experience working closely with Product Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other customer-facing teams.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguity, establish structure, and make effective decisions in evolving problem spaces.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders across Product and Engineering.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance product discovery, delivery, analysis, or strategic decision-making.
- A builder mindset with a passion for creating, testing, learning, and improving rather than maintaining the status quo.
- Strong customer empathy and the ability to translate complex customer needs into compelling product strategies and experiences.
- Experience building onboarding or growth experiences for multi-product SaaS platforms is a plus.
- Product-led growth or customer lifecycle optimization experience is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare, HealthTech, or another regulated industry is advantageous.
- Experience building AI-enabled or automation-driven product experiences is a plus.
- Experience influencing product strategy across multiple teams or product areas is desirable.
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $140,000–$170,000 CAD, depending on experience, skills, and location.
