Business Analyst – HR Systems (Risk Consulting / Financial Services)

RSM is seeking a Business Analyst to support HR systems and transformation initiatives within our Risk Consulting practice, aligned to Financial Services client engagements. This role will support delivery efforts by partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements, coordinate testing activities, and help drive execution across HR technology initiatives.

The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to support requirements definition, track progress, and help ensure solutions align with business and client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and help manage business requirements for HR-related initiatives
  • Serve as a liaison between HR stakeholders, technology teams, and project teams
  • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
  • Track and document issues, risks, dependencies, and key decisions; escalate as appropriate
  • Monitor project progress and support change management and implementation activities

Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Business Analyst activities within HR systems implementations or transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with HR processes and HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday or similar systems)
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, including client stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $48 - $72 per hour
