Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities• Develop, optimize, and maintain data pipelines that aggregate and structure data for analytics and reporting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective analytics solutions.
• Create and manage data models, dashboards, and reports to support product development and business strategies.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across multiple data sources.
• Implement data validation, testing, and monitoring practices to maintain reliability of analytics outputs.
• Stay updated with the latest analytics tools and techniques, applying them to improve our data infrastructure.
• Document data processes, architectures, and standards to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintainability.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience in data engineering, analytics, or a related role, preferably within AI or software industry.
• Proficiency with SQL and data modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with data warehouse solutions such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R for data processing and analysis.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
