We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to support the launch of a new credit platform. This is a hands-on role combining platform build and long-term operational support, with a strong focus on automation, CI/CD, and Camunda-based workflows. The role sits within a growing engineering team and plays a key part in building and stabilising a business-critical platform from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Support the build and rollout of a new credit platform
- Prepare, automate, and maintain DevOps environments
- Design and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Collaborate with development teams on releases, environments, and
integration topics
- Contribute to both implementation and ongoing platform maintenance
- Support monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational stability
- Work with Camunda-based services and support rollout of Camunda 8
- Ensure scalable,
reliable, and well-structured platform setup
Requirements
- Strong DevOps engineering experience in modern application environments
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Camunda platforms
- Experience supporting both build and run phases of platforms or
applications
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, automation, deployments, and environment
management
- Experience working closely with development teams in delivery environments
- Strong ownership mindset
and communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure cloud environments
- Experience in credit platforms, financial services,
or enterprise systems
- Experience working in both greenfield and
operational support setups
- Willingness
to work from the office in Gdańsk, Warsaw, or Wrocław once per week
