We are looking for a self-starting, team-oriented, and passionate Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team focused on GTM strategy and execution. You will act as a product and marketing expert, translating the needs of customers and sellers across marketing, sales enablement, product, and field teams.
In this role, you will own a wide variety of initiatives that support pipeline generation and help drive deals to close. The ideal candidate has a passion for navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and influencing strategy across the business.
Responsibilities
- Go-To-Market Expertise: Serve as the product GTM expert for stakeholders across product, marketing, and distribution teams for your assigned product line.
- Sales Enablement & Training: Develop succinct and effective sales training materials (demos, pitch decks, training guides, FAQs, etc.) to make complex suite technology easy for non-technical sales reps to understand and sell.
- Pipeline Generation & Alignment: Align with named global distribution leaders to drive marketing and sales alignment, execute sales programs, and fuel pipeline growth.
- Content & Program Creation: Define and build repeatable demos, sales plays, competitive programs, and high-quality content that align with supporting marketing campaigns.
- Sales Communications: Own key sales updates, announcements, and strategic field communications.
- Event Strategy & Production: Create, recruit, and produce compelling content for Salesforce events, including World Tours, Dreamforce, webinars, and third-party industry events.
Required Skills & Experience
- Background: 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Solution Engineering, Sales, or Go-To-Market roles.
- Industry Domain: Deep expertise in Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B enterprise technology platforms.
- Asset Creation: Hands-on experience building a range of marketing assets, including compelling sales plays, enablement materials, succinct slide decks, demo videos, and event/webinar content.
- Data-Driven Approach: Proven ability to use data and analytics to guide decision-making, with a consistent track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics.
- Project Management: Outstanding organizational skills to define, balance, and deliver multiple projects under tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong track record of establishing strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and aligning global stakeholders.
- Execution & Drive: Strong collaboration skills with a willingness to drive hands-on tactical execution, navigate ambiguity, and confidently lead new initiatives.
- Communication & Presentation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to deliver presentations to audiences of all sizes.
Note: Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (including extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
