The Financial Analysis Lead Analyst will work directly with Supply Chain Leadership to develop strategies, processes and pricing to comply with multiple performance guarantees. To accomplish this mission as a Financial Analysis Lead Analyst, you will work with the corporate MAC pricing system and create reports and tools to measure performance and recommend adjustments as it pertains to MAC pricing. Assist in creating strategic pricing initiatives to manage complex pharmacy and client pricing needs. Additional Ad Hoc support of financial analytics as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with Client Pricing and Provider Guarantee Management, responsible for pricing decisions and implementation for standard and custom MRA lists totaling over $18 Billion in generic AWP (average wholesale price) per month
  • Develop strategic pricing initiatives to manage complex pricing needs
  • Development of tools, reports and ad hoc analysis for pricing related initiatives and projects

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of business analysis, modeling, pricing or data management experience required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting/Math preferred
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and collect reports
  • Ability to handle analysis from issue identification to proposal of potential solutions
  • Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of PBM or Healthcare industry preferred
  • Ability to leverage data to develop models, trends and/or forecasts
  • Strong business, organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx and VBA preferred
