Overview

Publicis Sapient is looking for a passionate and innovative Technology professional with expertise in Go (Golang), HTMX, and Azure to join our team. You will design and build scalable, high-performing web applications using modern frameworks, containerized environments, and AI-related capabilities. This role is central to delivering solutions that align with our vision to “Build what matters” and empower our clients to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Your Impact

• Design and develop high-performing web applications using Go (Golang) and HTMX.

• Lead the implementation of containerized applications and manage deployment in Azure Cloud.

• Integrate AI-related capabilities into existing and new digital products to improve scalability and intelligence.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architectural standards, development practices, and deployment automation.

• Drive best practices around code quality, security, and performance optimization.

• Mentor and upskill team members in modern web development and AI technologies.

• Partner with clients and product teams to translate business problems into technical solutions that deliver real-world value.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software development with expertise in Golang.

• Hands-on expertise with Azure Cloud services, including container apps and Azure DevOps pipelines.

• Strong understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with AI frameworks, APIs, or cloud-based AI services for integration into applications.

• Solid knowledge of web fundamentals, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills in modern web application environments.

• Experience implementing performance tuning and scalable solutions.

Set Yourself Apart With

• Exposure to server-side rendering (SSR) with HTMX and progressive enhancement principles.

• Strong working knowledge of secure coding practices and cloud-native architecture.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications in Azure.

• Background in AI/ML model lifecycle, from experimentation to deployment, is a strong advantage.

• Ability to evaluate and integrate open-source AI solutions.
