Analyst, Customer Engagement & Innovation:
GEICO's Customer Engagement & Innovation team is seeking a dedicated, analytical, and detail-oriented professional to help drive customer-focused insights and operational excellence. In this role, you will analyze customer and business trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver data-driven recommendations that enhance customer experience.
Our team is focused on modernizing business processes, optimizing customer journeys, and developing innovative solutions that improve efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Query databases and extract requested data and information.
- Partner with the Customer Experience team to support strategic goals and business objectives.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline operations through automation and innovation.
- Analyze business performance results and prepare summaries and insights for leadership.
- Prioritize, monitor, and manage multiple requests and projects while meeting deadlines.
- Monitor customer and operational trends and regularly communicate findings to Customer Experience leadership.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that support operational and management objectives.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working as an Analyst or in a similar analytical role within an insurance organization.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to solve business problems and produce high-quality work products.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 5+ years of relevant work experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency with:
- Power BI
- SharePoint
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with:
- SQL
- SAS
- Oracle
- Snowflake
