Salary range: Rs 3000000 - Rs 5000000 (ie INR 30 - 50 LPA)

Min Experience: 3+ years

Location: India, Bengaluru JobType: full-time

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own how the product is positioned, launched, and sold. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and content — translating what gets built into narratives that win enterprise buyers globally. You'll drive go-to-market strategy for a product already used by 30,000+ teams, working directly with the founders to sharpen how the market understands and adopts it. This is a writing-heavy, ownership-heavy role, not a campaign-management one.

Key Responsibilities• Own positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy for new features and product launches.

  • Partner with product and engineering to plan and execute launches end to end.
  • Build sales enablement assets — battlecards, pitch decks, competitive comparisons — that help sales close faster.
  • Collaborate with founders, sales, and content teams to keep messaging consistent across every customer touchpoint.
  • Define and track launch and adoption metrics to measure GTM effectiveness.
  • Stay close to customers and the competitive landscape, feeding what you learn back into positioning and product.

Qualifications• 3–5 years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.

  • Strong writing and storytelling — you can turn a complex product capability into simple, compelling messaging.
  • Experience leading product launches end to end, from positioning through sales enablement to post-launch measurement.
  • Comfortable working directly with product, engineering, sales, and founders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong analytical ability — you use customer and market data to inform decisions, not just to report on them.
  • High ownership mindset with a strong bias for execution.
  • Experience at a high-growth startup preferred.

Required SkillsPositioning & messaging, Product launch management, Sales enablement, Battlecards & competitive analysis, Pitch deck development, GTM strategy, B2B SaaS marketing, Customer research, Market analysis, Launch metrics & measurement, Content strategy, Cross-functional collaboration, Narrative development, Enterprise buyer marketing

Benefits & Perks• Own the narrative for a product already used by 30,000+ teams globally.

  • Direct, daily collaboration with the founders on how the company goes to market.
  • Meaningful ESOPs in a fast-growing startup.
  • Freedom to use the best AI tooling available to move faster.
  • Small team, no bureaucracy — your work ships the same week.

Hiring Process• Stage 1: Apply and submit the application form

  • Stage 2: Attempt AI interview (15 min)
  • Stage 3: R0: Telephonic Interview with Recruiting Team
  • Stage 4: R1: Video Interview with Leadership Team
  • Stage 5: R2: Video Interview with Co-founders
