About our group:

The group supports AI-enabled finance automation workflows. This role is ideal for a finance analyst with strong modeling fundamentals, practical technical skills, and curiosity to improve how Finance plans, analyzes, reports, and makes decisions. The analyst will support forecasting, scenario analysis, executive decision support, and automation of recurring finance processes.

About the role - you will:

  • Build, enhance, and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, business reviews, and executive decision-making.
  • Translate business drivers into financial outputs across revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, CapEx, inventory, cash flow, pricing, and cost analysis.
  • Design and support AI-enabled finance automation workflows that reduce manual effort, improve cycle time, and increase consistency in recurring finance processes.
  • Use tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL, Power Automate, Copilot, KNIME, Alteryx, and similar platforms to automate model refreshes, data preparation, reconciliations, reporting, and summaries.
  • Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business problems, map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and convert requirements into practical modeling or automation solutions.
  • Create dashboards, model outputs, and concise executive-ready insights that explain financial movements, assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
  • Help standardize data inputs, metric definitions, model logic, prompts, templates, and workflow documentation to improve scalability and AI-readiness across Finance.

About you:

  • Strong ownership, attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn new AI and automation tools in a finance context.
  • Build accurate, flexible, and well-structured financial models that stakeholders can trust and use.
  • Create automation workflows that reduce manual effort, cycle time, and repetitive finance work.
  • Turn data and model outputs into clear insights that support faster, better business decisions.
  • Help the Financial Modeling & AI organization build reusable models, workflows, prompts, templates, and automation patterns.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts such as prompt engineering, LLM-based summarization, AI-assisted analysis, agentic workflows, or Copilot-based automation.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing finance, supply chain finance, product costing, pricing, corporate FP&A, and/or capital markets use cases.

Your experience includes:

  • Experience in financial modeling, FP&A, business analytics, corporate finance, cost analysis, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, variance analysis, business drivers, scenario modeling, and management reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including model building, formulas, data structuring, scenario analysis, sensitivity tables, pivot tables, and quality checks.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI or similar visualization tools, with basic hands-on capability in SQL, Python, Power Automate, Copilot, KNIME, Alteryx, VBA, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous business problems, validate outputs, communicate insights clearly, and work with large or imperfect datasets.
  • Exposure to finance systems such as SAP, Anaplan, Hyperion, BPC, AFO, Business Objects, enterprise data warehouses, or similar platforms.
  • Experience automating reports, reconciliations, data refreshes, workflow handoffs, Power BI outputs, or recurring finance deliverables.
