Temporary position for 12 months
As a Business Strategy Analyst, you support the development and execution of growth strategies and business initiatives through data analysis, market research, and business intelligence. You help assess business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and generate insights that support decision-making, business planning, and the implementation of growth initiatives. You work closely with business partners to understand priorities, gather and document requirements, analyze information, and contribute to the development of recommendations and action plans. You play a key role in transforming data into meaningful insights that help guide growth initiatives and improve business outcomes. In addition to supporting strategy development, you help translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, coordinate tactical activities, monitor progress, and measure business impact. Your work requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources. You collaborate with stakeholders across various functions and contribute to strategic initiatives by providing fact-based analyses, performance monitoring, business insights, and execution support to help ensure growth objectives are achieved. More specifically you will be required to:
- Analyze stakeholder needs, costs, benefits, risks, constraints, and business opportunities that must be considered within the project scope. Identify, document, and communicate business needs and requirements.
- Formalize objectives, support value identification, and model business processes.
- Co-create solutions with users while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Analyze impacts on stakeholders and identify internal prerequisites and dependencies. Maintain an end-to-end view of the solution and ensure full traceability of requirements.
- Contribute to the development of strategies and support teams during solution deployment and execution.

What you bring to the table
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- A minimum of three years of related experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Expert proficiency in English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English speaking partners, members and/or clients
- Advanced understanding of the DAN (Desjardins Agent Network) landscape
