Full description

We're looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Engineer to build the semantic models and dashboards that drive business-critical decisions across the reinsurance business. You'll sit at the intersection of analytics engineering and BI — modeling data for scale, building trusted semantic layers, and turning them into version-controlled, self-service dashboards the business relies on. This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable designing complex data models in Snowflake, integrating operational data from Aurora, and delivering polished, well-governed Tableau dashboards that stakeholders trust to make real decisions.
