As a Product Delivery Manager in Supply Chain group, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.  Assume a vital position as a key member of a high-performing team that delivers infrastructure and performance excellence. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the future at one of the world's largest and most influential companies. You will be responsible for supervising end-to-end infrastructure delivery, maintaining strong relationship with value adding resellers (VARs) and vendors (OEMs) while improving processes, and maintaining customer experience.

Job responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners 
  • Establishes priorities and implements supply chain initiatives to improve lead time, increase quality and reduce cost, while providing with great customer experience
  • Enables new suppliers and vendors onboarding, ensuring compliance with firmwide regulatory standards and company policies, escalating suppliers’ issues when necessary
  • Designs Scorecards, monitors and analyzes key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization
  • Manages inventory levels and defined reorder points to ensure material availability, cost avoidance and savings
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams (data center engineering, hardware engineering, data center operations, logistics) to ensure on time delivery and high quality
  • Communicates Forecast updates to resellers (VARs) and vendors (OEMs) to anticipate
  • Supports the end-to-end product lifecycle by coordinating new product onboarding, understanding technical specifications, driving key milestone execution, and proactively identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, including supplier capacity constraints, extended lead times, and transportation disruptions
  • Drives process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness, while providing monthly performance updates to Line of Business executives and executing timely action plans to address opportunities and improve outcomes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies 
  • Formal training or certification on Lean Manufacturing or Supply Chain concepts and 9+ years applied experience. In addition, demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience
  • Strong understanding of Lean methodologies
  • Proven track record in Operations, Service Delivery, or Vendor Management
  • Experience with root cause analysis/issue resolution in order to develop action plans and manage project improvements with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneous
  • Ability to identify improvement areas and support conversation with recommendations to drive improvement
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project), combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver concise executive-level presentations, summaries, and recommendations
  • Demonstrates strong executive presence and influence, with the ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships, drive stakeholder alignment, and resolve complex business and operational challenges, while maintaining a collaborative, hands-on approach and the strategic mindset needed to achieve organizational goals

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Deep knowledge of technology or industrial environments and processes
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations or related field
  • Knowledge of one or more areas of infrastructure engineering such as hardware, networking terminology, databases, storage engineering, deployment practices, integration, automation, scaling, resilience, or performance assessments
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and multiple cloud technologies with the ability to operate in and migrate across public and private clouds
