Full description

What You'll Do

  • Track delivery status: keep an accurate, up-to-date picture of scope, progress, risks, and dependencies across one or more teams
  • Run the operating rhythm: support planning, refinement, standups, and reviews so they produce real decisions, not just status updates
  • Coordinate across teams: identify and track cross-team dependencies and follow up until they're resolved
  • Report clearly: produce concise, honest status updates for team leads and stakeholders, tailored to their level of detail
  • Learn the metrics: help gather and maintain delivery metrics such as lead time, cycle time, throughput, and work in progress
  • Build technical fluency: develop enough understanding of the systems and architecture involved to ask good questions and spot risk early
  • Maintain tooling hygiene: keep Jira and Confluence structures (epics, releases, dependencies) accurate and usable for reporting

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in program/project coordination, delivery, or a related technical role
  • Exposure to software engineering concepts, the delivery lifecycle, or a technical background you're building on
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple threads at once
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Working familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in how software gets built and delivered

What This Role Is Not

  • Not a role focused only on scheduling meetings and chasing task status
  • Not a decision-maker on product scope or priority
