Mid Level Flutter Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mid Level Flutter Developer based in Brazil.

This role focuses on developing mobile solutions that support an important customer journey within the insurance sector. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary squad, contributing to the evolution of mobile products and the quality of their technical architecture. The position combines hands-on Flutter development with software architecture, testing, code review, and collaboration across product and design teams. You will help translate business requirements into intuitive mobile experiences while maintaining high engineering standards. The role also offers opportunities to mentor other developers and contribute to continuous technical improvement. You will work in a collaborative, agile environment where customer value, adaptability, and strong teamwork are highly valued.

Accountabilities

• Lead and contribute to the development of mobile solutions using Flutter, ensuring code quality, architectural consistency, and maintainability.

• Evaluate and introduce appropriate technologies and technical approaches to support the evolution of the mobile ecosystem.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive and effective mobile interfaces.

• Align technical solutions with product expectations, delivery objectives, and customer needs.

• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, helping strengthen technical capabilities and development practices across the team.

• Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices, including robust testing approaches.

• Investigate and resolve application issues and ensure the quality and reliability of delivered solutions.

• Create and maintain technical documentation covering relevant processes and solutions.

• Participate actively in agile team ceremonies, including planning, daily meetings, demos, and retrospectives.

• Proactively identify technical bottlenecks and recommend architectural or process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter for developing and maintaining mobile applications.

• Solid understanding of modern front-end development practices and experience supporting integrations with Java-based systems.

• Experience with mobile software architecture and advanced testing practices.

• Experience conducting code reviews and applying software engineering best practices.

• Practical experience working within agile methodologies and multidisciplinary product squads.

• Ability to guide and mentor other developers and contribute to the technical development of the team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
