Role – Product Manager – SME - BET

Grade: M4 / M5

Location: Mumbai – Vikhroli

Department: Wholesale Banking Group – SME – Business Excellence Team

About the team:

SME Business Excellence Team (BET) is a unit within SME Division of Wholesale banking that is responsible for identifying and executing management strategies to drive the key objectives of Transformation, Growth and Profitability for the Division.

Job Role

  • Lead end-to-end ownership of AI-driven journey and product rollouts for Wholesale Banking, from concept to execution
  • Translate business needs across RM, Credit, and Operations into well-defined product requirements
  • Drive digitization across key journeys including onboarding, credit processing, and client servicing
  • Collaborate closely with AI, technology, and transformation partners to deliver scalable solutions
  • Monitor and drive adoption, operational efficiency, and measurable business impact

Job Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in Product Management / Digital roles within Banking, NBFCs or FinTech
  • Strong understanding of Wholesale / SME banking processes and lifecycle journeys
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage end-to-end product delivery
