Full description

  • Experience: 3+ years in Sales Operations, specifically supporting a Sales Business Unit
  • Technical Skills: Exposure to Salesforce Lightning, Reports/Dashboards, and Data Loader; strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) for data analysis
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to debug issues and provide functional solutions to problems
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain functional concepts to non-technical sales users
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, contract-based environment with changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Supports helpdesk (contact onboarding and LMS provisioning) and improvement priorities (data projects)
  • Plays a key role in system integration activities
  • Supports Partner lifecycle (Onboarding, Progression, and Offboarding)
  • Provides consulting/advocacy and/or addresses issues related to Partner Operations, Deal Management, and Partner HelpDesk
  • Facilitates internal audit requirements
  • Monitors Slack, e-mails, and various online/offline support channels to respond to Partner inquiries and support requests
  • Provides functional guidance on Legal and Partner Experience initiatives
  • Facilitates Leadership on operational questions and tool/system functionality
  • Actively reviews new technology and creative approaches to evolve onboarding experiences
  • Identifies process gaps and looks for process automation/improvement opportunities
  • Supports Partner project rollouts, fixes, enhancements, and improvements
  • Partners with Sales Leadership and IT Enablement teams to identify onboarding gaps, gain insights, and advise/prioritize existing and future onboarding program development focus areas
  • Participates in future Partner Program initiatives

Qualifications

Preferred Skills

  • Functional experience with Salesforce portal and partner lifecycle from onboarding through termination (application, portal access, deal reg, certifications, badges)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
  • Knowledge of Sales Methodologies
