Full description

Skilled in using modeling tools such as Unified Modeling Language (use case, class diagram, sequence diagram), Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), etc.
Knowledgeable in Unix and Windows OS, Oracle 11 G, SQL Server 2012
Familiarization with Java would be an advantage
Familiarization with agile methodology and SCRUM process
Knowledge in the use tools such as MS Project, Visio, Powerpoint
Knowledgeable in IT Security and Quality Management
Proficient in English with good communication, presentation and documentation skills
Very good analytical and problem-solving skills

Must have at least 2 year’s UP IT industry experience demonstrating ability to plan, manage and deliver complex projects
Strong knowledge in Systems Analyst in the full Systems Development Life Cycle of enterprise-wide web-based application systems
Experience in implementing systems for a hospital would be an advantage
