About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically fluent Technical Product Manager to lead our integration strategy. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our core product, our integration partners, and our enterprise customers. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of all integrations, ensuring our product connects seamlessly with the tools our customers rely on every day.
What You'll Do
- Own the Roadmap: Manage, prioritize, and execute the integration product roadmap to align with overall business goals.Build New Integrations: Drive the end-to-end development and successful launch of new third-party integrations.
- Drive Project Execution & Timelines: Proactively manage integration project timelines, chase down external vendors and internal stakeholders to keep projects on track, and swiftly resolve any operational or technical blocking issues.
- Enhance Existing Integrations: Continuously monitor performance, gather feedback, and iterate on existing integrations to improve reliability and user experience.
- Design Integration UX/UI: Take a hands-on approach to designing intuitive user experiences. Create wireframes, mockups, and user flows for how customers will discover, configure, and manage integrations within our platform.
- Gather Requirements: Collaborate with internal teams, users, and partners to gather, analyze, and document technical and business requirements for new integrations.
- Measure Integration Performance: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs such as usage metrics, API error rates, latency, and customer adoption to ensure integrations are healthy and deliver business value.
- Cultivate Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with our integration partners and external API providers.
- Launch Custom Enterprise Solutions: Work directly and closely with enterprise customers to understand their unique workflows and successfully launch tailored, custom integrations
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in product management, specifically working on B2B SaaS products, APIs, or software integrations.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and modern software architecture (you don't need to code, but you need to speak the language of engineering).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A strong track record of working directly with clients (especially at the enterprise level) to solve complex problems.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple overlapping projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- AI Proficiency: Strong comfort level leveraging generative AI tools to accelerate the creation of user interfaces, brainstorm workflows, and enhance overall product design processes.
