Product & Commercial Skills
- Opportunity identification: Identifies new product, workflow, or business opportunities within existing client engagements.
- Product strategy: Connects client needs and opportunities to broader business objectives and defines a clear product direction.
- Business case & ROI: Builds compelling business cases and articulates expected value, impact, costs, and ROI.
- Product positioning & storytelling: Translates opportunities into clear value propositions and persuasive client-facing narratives.
- Client scope & SOW development: Defines scope, outcomes, assumptions, deliverables, and boundaries for new or expanded engagements.
- Roadmap & prioritization: Turns opportunities into actionable, prioritized plans balancing value, impact, and feasibility.
- Customer discovery: Understands client needs, pain points, workflows, and desired outcomes through discovery and stakeholder engagement.
- Commercial thinking: Contributes to pricing, packaging, and commercialization decisions.
- Success measurement: Defines KPIs and measures whether delivered work is creating the expected client and business value.
- AI-enabled product thinking: Identifies where AI and agentic approaches can create additional client value and supports evaluation of their applicability.
