In this specialized role, you will lead complex, high-stakes technical workstreams, specifically driving the Request for Information (RFI) and procurement evaluation process for enterprise Identity Resolution providers and customer data infrastructure. Partnering closely with an Account Supervisor and internal stakeholders, you will act as the operational backbone of technical evaluation. You will translate complex data architecture requirements into structured vendor evaluation frameworks, manage aggressive project timelines, control scope, and ensure cross-functional alignment from kick-off to final recommendation. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Identity Resolution RFI & Procurement Technical Management

  • Lead the end-to-end management of the identity resolution RFI/RFP process, including scoring matrix development, vendor documentation intake, meeting facilitation, and milestone tracking.
  • Drive vendor contract negotiations, partner reviews with client cost consultants, and end-to-end legal and procurement workflows to ensure compliance and optimal terms.
  • Partner with an Account Supervisor and internal stakeholders to coordinate vendor briefings, privacy/data security assessments, and contract routing protocols.
  • Facilitate synthesis sessions with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Client Strategy teams to grade vendor capabilities against client-specific automotive identity infrastructure goals.

Workflow, Delivery & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Translate identity resolution requirements, tag management initiatives, and data layer specifications into actionable Jira epics, user stories, and tasks.
  • Manage day-to-day internal delivery schedules to align with external client milestones, stabilizing the triple constraints of scope, schedule, and resources.
  • Drive daily/weekly standups, status tracking in Jira/Smartsheet, and progress reporting to maintain visibility across both internal technical teams and client-facing account leadership.
  • Schedule and facilitate technical kick-offs, re-briefs, legal reviews, and deliverable sign-offs across multi-disciplinary teams.

Scope Management & Risk Mitigation

  • Proactively identify scope creep, technical bottlenecks, and delivery risks; recommend mitigation strategies before deadlines are impacted.
  • Enforce rigorous quality checks and governance checkpoints throughout the RFI and technical integration life cycles.
  • Ensure clear, continuous communication between technical leads, account supervisors, and executive stakeholders to prevent misalignment on deliverables.

QUALIFICATIONS Experience & Technical Depth

  • 6+ years of technical project management experience within a digital advertising agency, martech consultancy, or data-driven client organization.
  • Solid conceptual understanding of Identity Resolution, First/Third-Party Data Strategy, Identity Graphs, Tag Management Systems (TMS), Data Layers, and Privacy/Security principles.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise vendor evaluation processes (RFI/RFP) and corporate procurement workflows.

Delivery & Tooling

  • Expert-level fluency in Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Basecamp for schedule creation, dependency mapping, and milestone enforcement.
  • Strong mastery of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies in cross-functional agency environments.

Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Exceptional organizational poise; able to balance multiple technical streams in a fast-paced agency setting.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical jargon between data engineers, agency account managers, and client executives.
  • High degree of critical thinking, adaptability, and judgment when negotiating scope or shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications Note: Qualifications listed below are helpful but not required. Candidates who meet the core qualifications and bring strong technical project management experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Direct agency experience on automotive or high-volume consumer data accounts.
  • Knowledge of identity vendors (e.g., LiveRamp, Epsilon, Merkle, identity resolution graphs) and modern Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
  • Formal PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
