We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- Support colleagues in the overall objective in managing and developing products
- Participate in the planning and development of new products as well as implementation and delivery
- Participate in proposition development, pricing, retention, service, communication and product management across HSBC
- Championing existing products, ensuring that they are competitive and meet the needs of the clients
- Working with internal stakeholders to support growth of the product line
- Preparing product analyses and research for consideration
- The role holder may need to hold specific certificates or hold membership of a regulatory body.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- University Bachelor degree or above
- Proven experience of Life Insurance/ Retail Wealth product implementation and product management
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent relationship building and senior stakeholder management skills
- High levels of energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to influence, engage and lead in a positive and inspiring manner
- Understand the market, business model and business performance
- Good English technical skill, product knowledge and business sense
