Installation Facilities Data AnalystThe Opportunity:  

As a data analyst, you understand that accurate information, structured analysis, and strong stakeholder coordination are essential for successful installation management. That’s why we need you, a data analyst who can help strengthen decision‑making through analytics, visualization, and system support for the Marines.

On our team, you’ll support facilities data analytics and data management by collecting and validating asset information, updating structured datasets, and helping maintain installation‑level computerized maintenance management and asset tracking systems. You’ll prepare analytics inputs, support dashboard development, and help produce summaries that improve visibility of facility conditions, service requests, work order status, and preventive maintenance trends. You’ll also collaborate with Public Works and engineering teams to support data requirements tied to planning, maintenance, and asset strategy reviews.

Your work will improve the consistency, accuracy, and reliability of installation facilities maintenance data and directly support better operational readiness. You Have:   

  • 2+ years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, or data mining 
  • 2+ years of experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis 
  • Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data sources  
  • Experience developing predictive data models, quantitative analyses, and visualization of targeted data sources 
  • Ability to assist with structured process documentation and dashboard updates
  • Ability to coordinate with stakeholders to support analytical inputs, work order queries, or asset information needs
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:   

  • Experience supporting DoW installation data environments such as MCICOM, MCIPAC, or NAVFAC
  • Experience using asset management systems such as Maximo, GEOFidelis, or BUILDER SMS
  • Experience supporting dashboard development, structured data modeling, or reporting automation
  • Knowledge of maintenance management workflows, service order processes, or facility lifecycle analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, information systems, engineering, mathematics, or business preferred; Master’s degree in data analytics, information systems, engineering, mathematics, or business a plus
  • CompTIA, data analytics, or data visualization Certifications such as Tableau or Power BI Certification

Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
