Full description

Platform Security & Cloud Engineering

* Design, implement, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments.

* Develop reusable Terraform modules and Infrastructure-as-Code standards that enforce security, governance, and operational best practices.

* Implement cloud security guardrails, policy-as-code controls, and secure infrastructure patterns.

* Partner with engineering teams to ensure secure-by-design solutions are adopted consistently across platforms and services.

* Support cloud modernization initiatives, infrastructure standardization, and enterprise platform adoption.

DevSecOps & Secure Software Delivery

* Design and operate secure CI/CD platforms with integrated security controls.

* Implement security tooling including SAST, dependency scanning, secrets detection, infrastructure scanning, container security, and policy validation.

* Embed security throughout the software development lifecycle while maintaining developer velocity.

* Drive automation-first approaches that reduce manual security gates and operational overhead.

* Collaborate with development teams to improve application security and software delivery practices.

Migration Automation, Validation & Assurance

* Lead enterprise migration initiatives involving repositories, artifacts, CI/CD platforms, cloud services, and developer tooling.

* Design and implement migration automation frameworks that improve reliability, consistency, and scalability.

* Develop pre-migration validation capabilities to identify issues before execution.

* Implement dry-run and simulation capabilities to improve migration confidence and planning accuracy.

* Define migration completion criteria, validation standards, operational readiness requirements, and acceptance processes.

* Build automated post-migration validation and assurance mechanisms to verify migration success.

* Develop migration reliability features including validation workflows, checkpointing, retry mechanisms, and operational safeguards.

* Design configurable migration capabilities such as repository mapping, path transformation, and path-prefix stripping logic to support complex migration scenarios.

* Ensure migrations are measurable, repeatable, auditable, and aligned with business objectives.

Platform Adoption & Developer Experience

* Drive successful adoption of enterprise platforms by ensuring migrations deliver measurable value to engineering teams and stakeholders.

* Act as a trusted advisor to application teams throughout onboarding, migration, and platform adoption journeys.

* Identify and remove barriers to adoption by improving onboarding processes, documentation, automation, and self-service capabilities.

* Design migration and onboarding experiences that minimize disruption and maximize engineering productivity.

* Gather user feedback and continuously improve platform usability, reliability, and operational effectiveness.

* Define and measure platform adoption metrics, onboarding success, user satisfaction, and migration outcomes.

* Advocate for platform consumers while balancing security, governance, compliance, and operational requirements.

* Drive continuous improvements that enhance developer experience and reduce friction when consuming enterprise services.

Security Automation & Engineering

* Develop production-grade automation solutions using Python, Bash, APIs, and cloud-native technologies.

* Automate onboarding, compliance validation, infrastructure provisioning, security controls, and operational workflows.

* Build integrations between platform, security, and operational tooling.

* Create self-service automation that improves scalability and reduces manual effort.

* Continuously identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve efficiency through automation.

Observability, Detection & Response

* Design and maintain end-to-end observability solutions across infrastructure, applications, and developer platforms.

* Build centralized logging, monitoring, tracing, metrics, and alerting capabilities.

* Integrate security telemetry into SIEM and observability platforms.

* Support incident detection, investigation, response, and continuous improvement activities.

* Improve operational visibility and reduce mean time to detect (MTTD) and mean time to resolve (MTTR).

Identity, Access & Secrets Management

* Design and implement secure access management solutions.

* Manage secrets lifecycle and credential distribution using enterprise secrets management platforms.

* Enforce least-privilege access models and secure authentication patterns.

* Support SSO integration, identity governance, and access control initiatives.

* Strengthen enterprise security posture through secure identity and secrets management practices.
