Full description

The Technical Product Manager manages the implementation of product changes and new features across finera's internal systems and contributes to the B2B SaaS platform development. The role bridges business requirements and engineering delivery — writing PRDs, managing the Jira backlog, coordinating sprint planning, and validating implementations against acceptance criteria. Close collaboration with Payments, Finance, Tech OPS, and Engineering is essential. Requires strong technical fluency, structured product thinking, and comfort working in a fast-moving payments environment.

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical product management or product owner role in payments, fintech, or iGaming environments
  • Experience in payment processing, acquiring, or payment orchestration platforms
  • Strong technical fluency — comfortable reading API documentation, understanding system architecture, and engaging with engineering teams at a detailed level
  • Proven experience writing product requirements documents (PRDs) and managing development backlogs in Jira or equivalent tools
  • Experience coordinating with engineering teams through agile delivery cycles, including sprint planning, UAT, and release management
  • Strong proficiency in integrating AI tools into daily workflows to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications (PRDs) for changes and new features across finera's internal systems
  • Manage the development backlog and coordinate sprint planning, delivery timelines, and release processes with Engineering
  • Collaborate on the orchestration platform implementation, supporting product development from specification through delivery
  • Validate implementations against acceptance criteria and support UAT across the payment gateway, statement system, and operational tools
  • Coordinate with Payments, Finance, and Tech OPS stakeholders to ensure system changes maintain data integrity and operational requirements
