Job Description
One day in the office in Wayne, PA is preferred.
The Hybrid Data Informatics Auto Analyst supports assigned client accounts by turning operational, financial, and product-performance data into actionable insights. The role partners with Client Success Managers and Client Success Executives to improve client workflows, monitor service performance, identify growth opportunities, and produce accurate reporting for business reviews and scorecards.
Operational
- Develop metrics that measure client workflow performance, identify indicators of future improvement opportunities, and track overall product or program outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Client Success Manager and Client Success Executive to evaluate client workflows, diagram existing processes, and recommend process improvements.
- Plan and implement process improvement initiatives for designated clients that drive efficiency and improve product and service results.
- In partnership with Client Success Manager, monitor key product performance against service level agreements (SLA’s) and client expectations.
- Compile and analyze client performance data for the Client Success Manager to review and deliver to the client.
- Proactively collect data to identify and address root causes of problems or underperformance.
Financial
- Based on client analytics and trends, identify areas for revenue growth, potential leakage, and adoption of new products that fit the client’s existing solution set.
- Support Client Success Manager and Client Success Executive in providing statistical and anecdotal evidence of customer success enabled by assigned products.
- Provide data, reports and analysis for client’s QBRs and Annual Partnership Reviews.
- Create monthly, quarterly and annual scorecards for client’s consumption.
- Prepare mid-month and monthly revenue estimates, including analysis of related variances.
Purpose
- Operational: Drive revenue growth and maximize adoption of key products within assigned accounts.
- Financial: Identify additional opportunities for revenue growth within the account and maintain existing revenue.
- Increase client satisfaction with Mitchell through measurable financial and operational results.
KPIs
- Product revenue growth within each account
- SLA met according to the contract
- On time and accurate account reporting
This role requires a candidate who can combine analytical rigor with client-facing judgment: translating data into operational recommendations, communicating findings clearly, and partnering across Client Success teams to support measurable account outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (business-related field preferred) with 2+ years’ relevant work experience required
- Intermediate SQL, Tableau, Python, and/or PowerBI knowledge required
- Intermediate Excel, Powerpoint knowledge required
- Working knowledge of auto insurance industry and associated data highly preferred
- Working knowledge of GenAI and Analytics AI toolsets (Copilot, Hex, AWS Quick) highly preferred
- Executive presentation experience a plus
- Work effectively and professionally with peers, management, and cross-functional partners.
- Think conceptually and operate with minimal direction while effectively using available resources.
- Drive issues and initiatives through to complete resolution.
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate client business strategy and connect that strategy to the use of key products.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $65,000 - $80,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
