This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager, Marketing Cloud & Web based in the United States.

This is an opportunity to shape the evolution of a SaaS communications platform used by enterprise customers worldwide. The role will own key product initiatives spanning Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration, APIs, and web applications. You’ll translate customer and market needs into clear product priorities, roadmaps, and releases while partnering closely with engineering and product leadership. The position offers meaningful ownership in a small, high-trust environment where initiative and thoughtful collaboration are highly valued. You’ll help improve user journeys, strengthen integrations, and expand platform capabilities. This is a hands-on product role suited to someone who enjoys balancing strategy, execution, technical detail, and customer impact.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive the execution and ongoing evolution of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration, ensuring the product meets market needs and delivers a strong customer experience.
  • Define and manage the API roadmap, prioritizing scalable, reliable integrations across the platform and related systems.
  • Own the evolution and roadmap of the web application, including scheduling functionality and expanded Marketing Cloud capabilities.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented, and aligned with product strategy and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with product leadership, engineering, and stakeholders to develop, communicate, and execute the product roadmap.
  • Plan and manage product releases, coordinating with engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, user journeys, specifications, and other materials needed to support effective product development.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, helping teams maintain momentum and alignment.
  • Serve as the key connection point between stakeholders and engineering, communicating priorities, progress, risks, and product decisions clearly.
  • Apply customer empathy, proactive communication, analytical thinking, and a continuous-improvement mindset to identify opportunities and remove delivery barriers.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of product management experience, ideally within a B2B2C SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and evolving web applications, including defining functionality and prioritizing improvements.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and an understanding of how it supports customer communications and engagement.
  • Strong expertise in backlog refinement, roadmap planning, prioritization, and release management.
  • Experience working with Jira or comparable product and project management platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate complex needs into actionable requirements.
  • Experience creating user journeys, internal product documentation, product specifications, or similar materials.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across product, engineering, design, and other stakeholder groups.
  • Familiarity with API concepts, integrations, and technical product development; experience with Postman is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Platform, Figma, and Google Workspace is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working in a high-trust, remote environment that values empathy, ownership, initiative, persistence, curiosity, and continuous growth.
  • Ability to balance strategic product thinking with hands-on execution and a willingness to engage deeply in product details.
