Cybersecurity / IT GRC Evaluator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Cybersecurity / IT GRC Evaluator based in India.

This contract opportunity is designed for experienced cybersecurity and IT governance, risk, and compliance professionals who want to apply their expertise to the development of advanced AI systems. You will evaluate AI-generated content against domain-specific quality standards, assessing its accuracy, rigor, clarity, and practical relevance. Your professional judgment will help identify weaknesses in AI-generated cybersecurity and GRC materials and improve the reliability of future outputs. The role involves reviewing documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business artifacts through a cybersecurity and risk-management lens. You will provide structured, evidence-based feedback that supports continuous AI model improvement. Working remotely and asynchronously, you will have the flexibility to apply your specialist knowledge to impactful AI evaluation projects.

Accountabilities:

• Evaluate AI-generated cybersecurity and IT GRC artifacts against established domain-specific quality rubrics.

• Review documents, spreadsheets, slide decks, and other business materials for factual accuracy, consistency, clarity, and professional quality.

• Apply deep expertise in cybersecurity, governance, risk management, and compliance to assess the accuracy and rigor of generated outputs.

• Identify factual inaccuracies, logical gaps, inconsistencies, presentation issues, and other quality concerns.

• Assess AI-generated materials for alignment with relevant cybersecurity, risk, governance, compliance, and organizational best practices.

• Provide clear, structured, objective, and actionable written feedback to support the improvement of AI-generated outputs.

• Apply evaluation criteria consistently across different projects, content types, and cybersecurity or GRC scenarios.

• Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides, to review and assess generated materials.

• Work independently and asynchronously while maintaining high standards of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.

• Meet project deadlines and contribute reliable subject-matter expertise to AI model training and evaluation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in cybersecurity, IT governance, risk, compliance, information security, or a closely related field.

• Native or professional-level fluency in English, with strong written communication skills.

• Deep understanding of cybersecurity and IT GRC principles, processes, controls, risk management, and compliance practices.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, with the capacity to assess complex technical and governance-related content objectively.

• Demonstrated ability to identify factual, technical, logical, and presentation-related issues in professional materials.

• Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply evaluation standards consistently and objectively.

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, follow detailed instructions, and meet deadlines in a remote, asynchronous environment.

• Experience with AI-generated content evaluation, quality assurance, cybersecurity assessments, or GRC documentation is a plus.

• An advanced degree (Master’s or higher) from a reputable institution is preferred.
