Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Develop and implement Commercial Analytics agenda within digital services for B2B across Sector, Leveraging sales data and PepsiConnect app sources of information to provide insights on B2B connected to sales frontline performance and app behavior insights through advanced statistical techniques. Connecting and integrating models within IT infrastructure to deliver Insights in a real time basis to evolve PepsiCo´s store execution connected to store owner behaviour
Your Impact
As B2B Data Analyst your responsibilities would consist of …
- Execute the Advanced Analytics agenda for B2B digital services in MBS, providing insights to discover business opportunities and delivering strategic avenues
- Advice and share Analytics models and best practices within PepsiCo Regions (LATAM & Global)
- Develop growth forecast sales based on commercial initiatives plan (rewads program, promotions, execution cahllenges and loyalty programs)
- Identify and proposed new machine learning or AI algorithms and best practices within PepsiCo and Industry to have the best in class methodologies applied in business analytics models.
- Analyzing campaign results continuously, with the ability to notice and flag any issues within large sets of data, and actively improve on performance by making good use of insights
- Understand databases available in the company and use them to get the most related variables to solve the problem
- Extract databases from R/Python/Spark to work the data bases in the data science tool
- Automate and enhance visualization capabilities across sector to interactive dashboards in BI software
- Identify new technology that supports new business needs
- Reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and post-campaign basis to hit monthly/quarterly objectives and media plan targets (data reporting)
- Supporting the Partner Consultancy teams, clients and Campaign Managers, with ongoing optimization recommendations
- Ensure correct information input on customers commericla strategies results connected to Operation specialist
- Ensure right tool data input product listings and update content in customers platforms.
- Participate the continues improvements meeting and activities to improve performance and/or ensure the SLA
- Ensure Reports are delivered according to SLAs (Service Level Agreement), and reliable in terms of quality and timing.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- Education: Applied Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Statistics—este es el científico de datos
- Experience:
- 1 year experience in statistical models development (Probabilistic graphical models, marketing Mix Models, Market Basket Analysis, Cannibalization Models, Share of Market Forecast Models, General and Bayesian Regressions).
- Database management and programming capabilities.
- Native Spanish. Fluent english language.
- Ability to manage problems from complex to simple
- Strong communication and Story telling
- Operates effectively in matrix relationships across organizational boundaries
- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Tools: Programming capabilities, and Statistical and big volume data software management (SPSS, SAS, R/RStudio, Visual Basic, C++, Spark, Python) Visualization Software (Tableau, Shiny, etc) and Office tools (Word, Power Point, Excel)
