Responsible for managing enrollment of complex dealers and ensuring the accuracy of their enrollment packages by verifying they meet the compliance guidelines set within the company’s standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

1. Mentor the Dealer Administration Analyst team through coaching and development. 2. Manage the enrollment of the more complex dealers. 3. Underwrite incoming Enrollment Packages to verify accuracy, completeness, and alignment with the documented enrollment requirements. Ensure all necessary documentation is present including dealer company profile, master dealer agreement, financial statements, trade references and dealer summary letter. Flag identified concerns for further Management review. 4. Contact dealers for any missing information or required paperwork. 5. Contact dealer/contractor to notify them if they do not meet our requirements for enrollment. 6. Notify dealer upon completion and approval. 7. Update dealer information in NLS with company’s information such as change of addresses and phone numbers, banking information, email addresses, dealer fees, marketing fees 8. Provide dealers with friendly, upbeat, courteous and accurate verbal and written communications.

1. High School diploma or equivalent education and related training or experience. 2. Three-year minimum related experience. 3. Strong attention to detail. 4. Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere 5. Strong communication and organizational skills 6. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

Preferred Qualifications: 1. Prior experience working with Home Improvement contractors and related supplier and distributors. OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS
