The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic Global Product Security team.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to help streamline processes, support security initiatives, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects within the security domain. What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of relationships with Programme Managers, Global Product Security leadership, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Assist in drafting improvement proposals and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain, standardise, and improve project documentation and operational processes.
- Track and report performance metrics to measure progress and project success.
- Identify potential issues proactively and recommend practical solutions.
- Research industry standards, emerging technologies, and best practices, sharing relevant insights with stakeholders.
- Support Programme Managers with project activities to ensure key milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Participate in project and service meetings to understand requirements, monitor scope, and help address concerns.
Essential Criteria
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience working within a project delivery environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Desired Criteria
- Experience supporting or coordinating projects, ideally within a security, technology, operational, or related environment.
- Working towards, or holding, a PRINCE2 Foundation qualification or equivalent project management certification.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Experience within logistics, operations, security, or other fast-paced environments would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and building a long-term career in project management.
