This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite and must be located within 100 miles of Rochester campus.

The Senior Technical Business Analyst leads discovery, analysis and documentation for complex digital, operational and technology initiatives. This position bridges clinical, operational, business, vendor and technical teams to define workflows, use cases, functional requirements, data flows and integration specifications.

The successful candidate will bring systems thinking, strong facilitation skills and the judgment to navigate ambiguity. The role requires clear communication, disciplined analysis and the ability to influence across teams without formal authority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering, analysis and documentation for complex digital, operational and technology initiatives.
  • Define business processes, workflows, use cases, user stories, functional requirements and technical specifications.
  • Analyze and map enterprise data flows, system interfaces and integration requirements across multiple platforms.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions and cross-functional working groups with clinical, operational, IT and vendor partners.
  • Assess options, dependencies, risks and impacts so leaders can make informed, timely decisions.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers and product teams to support execution, validation and adoption.
  • Contribute to vendor evaluations, proof-of-concept activities and third-party onboarding processes as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce complexity and improve digital experiences for patients and staff.
