About the Role

You will step into a key role in a complex defence and industrial environment, leading projects from early definition through industrialization. The assignment combines strategic direction with hands-on delivery and calls for someone who can create clarity when many stakeholders, dependencies, and priorities need to move in the same direction.

You will work closely with both senior decision-makers and cross-functional teams, building alignment across internal and external stakeholders while keeping scope, progress, and deliveries on track. Job Description

• You will lead assigned defence projects from inception through industrialization and drive them toward agreed objectives, scope, and deliveries.
• You will plan, coordinate, and follow up project activities to keep priorities, timelines, resources, and budgets aligned.
• You will create structure and direction in complex project environments with multiple stakeholders, partners, and dependencies.
• You will build strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders and create alignment around common priorities and outcomes.
• You will coach and support project participants throughout the project lifecycle and strengthen accountability within the team.
• You will identify and handle risks, challenges, and dependencies proactively to maintain momentum and delivery quality.
• You will communicate status, priorities, and key decisions clearly to both senior stakeholders and project teams.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in Project Management.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
• Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong track record of driving projects and initiatives towards agreed objectives and deliveries.
• Ability to combine strategic perspective with structured operational execution.
• Ability to manage project budgets, resources, timelines, and deliveries.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and ways of working.
• Master's degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, or another relevant field.
• Equivalent professional experience from similar assignments may also be considered.
• Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English.

Swedish citizenship is required for this assignment!

Nice to have

• Experience from complex industrial or similar project environments.
• Knowledge of the client's organization, working methods, and processes.
• Previous experience from a similar client environment.
