ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

As Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple customer projects and programmes of varying scale, complexity, budget and commercial importance across APAC, the Middle East and Africa.

You will be accountable for delivering agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality outcomes while managing risks, resources, change and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Reporting to the Regional Portfolio Manager, you will be part of the PMO responsible for consistent project governance, cross-team integration and successful delivery of customer-facing technology solutions. The role is based in Gurgaon, India, requires occasional business travel and flexibility to collaborate with customers and teams across multiple time zones.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

•Lead projects and programmes from initiation through planning, execution, transition and closure. •Establish clear scope, delivery plans, milestones, budgets, governance and success measures. •Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to meet contractual and business commitments. •Identify, assess and manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies and change requests, escalating when required. •Maintain effective relationships with international customers, senior stakeholders and delivery partners. •Provide concise and accurate reporting on status, financial performance, risks, decisions and actions. •Apply quality management and project controls to protect delivery outcomes and customer commitments. •Drive timely decision-making, stakeholder alignment and resolution of delivery constraints. •Ensure orderly project completion, acceptance, handover and integration into operational support. •Contribute to PMO standards, lessons learned and continuous improvement across the regional portfolio.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS:

•You have a university degree or equivalent professional experience. •You hold an essential recognised project management certification and have completed formal project management training. •You have a successful track record managing multiple projects or programmes with differing scale, complexity, budgets and deliverables in a commercial environment. •You have essential experience working directly with international clients and diverse cross-functional teams. •You communicate with clarity and impact, including with executives and senior management. •You have strong hands-on experience delivering projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, supported by disciplined project planning and control across scope, risk, change, quality, resources and stakeholders. •You build trusted client relationships and maintain a strong customer focus. •You are self-motivated, take ownership, lead execution, and remain accountable for measurable results. •You work effectively across organisational, cultural and geographic boundaries. •You can work flexible hours when required to support customers across APAC, the Middle East and Africa, and undertake occasional business travel.

NICE TO HAVE

•PMP certification. •Experience with an IT solutions or airline industry solutions provider. •Knowledge of aviation or airline customer environments.
