- Marketing and sales of engineering products to new and existing clients
- Conducting customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations
- Providing comprehensive customer support and technical training on product usage
- Diligently following up on payments and ensuring timely collections
- Preparing detailed reports, sales forecasts, and other essential documentation
- Assisting in product service, troubleshooting, and providing technical support
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding market reach
Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid license for travel requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively within Pune and surrounding regions as needed
- Strong foundational knowledge in basic engineering principles and applications
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction
