Full Stack dotNET and Angular Developer

Location Hybrid in Austin, TX

Experience Level Senior Level (7+ years of experience).

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to design, code, and maintain complex applications using Angular, C#, ASP.NET, and Oracle Database. This role involves researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs, as well as testing and evaluating new solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with other developers, UX designers, and business/systems analysts to deliver high-quality, maintainable software.

Key Responsibilities

Software Design & Development

• Design, code, and modify complex computer programs, subroutines, triggers, stored procedures, objects, classes, and scripts using Angular, C#, ASP.NET, and Oracle Database.

• Research, design, implement, and manage software programs to meet business and system requirements.

• Apply current software development methods and established development standards, including programming, documentation, and testing standards.

 Testing & Debugging

• Perform necessary testing of assigned programs, including generation of test data and writing test scripts/execution sequences.

• Examine test results and debug detected errors to ensure application quality.

• Test and evaluate new programs prior to deployment.

 Development Standards & Code Quality

• Participate in code reviews to ensure compliance with development standards and system/business requirements.

• Apply architectural concepts and principles relevant to infrastructure, information, and applications.

• Follow good practices for protecting the integrity of corporate data and associated processing.

 Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with other developers, UX designers, and business/systems analysts throughout the development lifecycle.

• Support solution delivery utilizing Agile or Scrum methodology.

• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on requirements and priorities.

 Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in computer programming, analysis, and development of complex business processes and system solutions.

• 7+ years of experience in coding, testing, and debugging programs in development and/or requiring support for issue resolution, performance, or enhancement.

• Ability to process information logically to design programs, systems logic, and program specifications.

• Highly developed oral and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate team members, and drive work output.

• Knowledge of IT industry trends and directions, with the ability to relate them to organizational needs.

• Knowledge of architectural concepts, principles, and tools relevant to infrastructure, information, applications, and organizational structure.

• Knowledge of emerging technologies, both new to the organization and the broader information systems industry.

• Knowledge of tools, techniques, and best practices for protecting the integrity of corporate data and technology processes.

• Knowledge of solution delivery utilizing Agile or Scrum methodology.

 Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with organizational information architecture and information management methodologies.

• Familiarity with existing and planned software technology, and global, regional, and local software architecture and infrastructure components.
