Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Program Specialist - Special Projects and Data Analyst to join our Cummins Inc. team. The position will have the ability to work remotely in the United States, traveling approximately 10-15% of the time.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Develop and maintain robust recruiting analytics that provide leadership with actionable insights to improve talent acquisition performance.

• Drive data-informed workforce planning by aligning hiring demand forecasts with recruiter capacity and operational priorities.

• Improve decision-making through the delivery of meaningful talent intelligence, labor market insights, and performance reporting.

• Lead strategic Talent Acquisition projects from concept through implementation, ensuring measurable business outcomes and sustainable adoption.

• Strengthen reporting accuracy by establishing data governance practices and ensuring consistency across regional and global metrics.

• Evaluate recruiting process effectiveness by measuring quality, speed, candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction, and cost outcomes.

• Identify performance gaps and opportunities by analyzing sourcing, coordination, and service delivery metrics across recruiting operations.

• Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and external stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that support organizational talent objectives.
